Struggling with work

I don't know what I'm asking really, maybe if someone else has ever felt like this and how it got better

We're short at work, and I'm covering two other people. I've also been asked if I can help with another persons workload. I've been told I should look at going for a job a band up when/if that comes up so I'm also trying to do development courses etc.

There's not enough hours in the day and I'm exhausted. I keep getting run down and I just can't seem to fully back up and running again

I feel constantly like I'm there to plug a gap and I feel so undervalued. When I'm at home I keep feeling frozen still and I can't concentrate and get simple tasks done. I feel so useless

Part of me feels like I just need to get out but I've lost all my confidence and feel I have no value anymore

Sorry you're feeling burnt out. Not surprising if you're doing the work of 3. You've been told you could get a job the level above, so do the minimum you can at work til you've done whatever courses you need to in order to clinch a promotion, and flee.
