I ordered something from Ukraine and tracking says it's arrived in the UK at the beginning of December, but it's yet to arrive. I think it's coming via DHL, but I'd have to check the email.

Customs can often take two weeks in normal times . Did you get tracking number ?

Yes, I got a tracking number, but it doesn't show anything other than has arrived in the UK so I'm assuming it's in customs.
