Help decide on an oven please

Just moved into a new home and need to replace the oven.

Is it worth splashing out, spending more than i’d originally budgeted? They all look the same to me 🤦🏼‍♀️ so I don’t know what’s good and what’s not. Will I even notice the difference??

original budget £500. Could go to £800-£1,000 but is it worth it?

I’m well aware that this is very much a first world problem. 😂 electrician coming later in the weeks so I need to order something for him to install.

If you've got space for a double oven I would do that. Fan oven on the bottom and electric oven on the top. Means you don't need to always heat up the big oven for a single pizza or meal.

It's rare our oven is on these days though, we tend to use the halo wave

AEG, Or Neff. Definitely worth it, they cook better, if you use John Lewis or somewhere, you can add installation x

Last two cookers I got have been rangemaster double oven (one small one large) with5 hobs - I usually go for electric oven and gas hobs - I love the fact you can use a smaller oven for most things. I generally only use the large oven for turkey, large items or roasts dinners if makin my own yorkies

always had a double with separate grill (that’s actually why I’m changing it). Just don’t know whether spending more would be an investment or I’d not even notice the difference.

Sadly no room for a range 😢

I bought a Neff cos I thought I'd treat myself and honestly it's no better than a decent model of the lower end brands. Actually it smaller on the inside than my previous oven and the shelf arrangement is annoying..... you can only fit two levels of baking trays in if they are both shallow trays.
So I'd say pay attention to shelf adjustability and interior dimensions more than anything. Even 4cm bigger would make all the difference.
