Contraceptive implant, no periods and pregnancy paranoia

How do you get over the pregnancy paranoia when you have an implant?

I’ve had it for exactly 2 months and at around the time of my period I’ve had every period symptom minus the actual period.

The issue is is that period symptoms feel like pregnancy symptoms… sore boobs, hormonal, cramping.

How do I get past the constant paranoia of thinking I’m pregnant?!

Anyone else feel like this?

You do eventually get used to it. Once you've had enough months where you have the symptoms but know you're not pg, you kind of recognise the possibility but discount it.

I bought a bunch of cheap, cheap tests and used them occasionally when the paranoia got bad.

Then you get used to it and forget about it.
