Do you ever feel like your constantly stressing or like there's so much going on in your mind, its really hard to explain . I am a mum of 3 im not working right now so when the kids are at school I have the whole days to my self, and some days I have this feeling of theres so much to do and life is super busy. Take tonight for instance I went too see my parents ive came back thinking I've now got 100 things going through my mind I need to talk about of that I need to do and thenres dates to remember and follow im a very organised person and stuff gets wrote down on our calendar but I still feel like this .
