Joggers to teach pe in

pinkberet · 12/12/2022 20:02

Whilst I have avoided teaching pe for sometime, my golden age is over and I must now partake.
I'm looking for some nice joggers that aren't tight at the ankle. And maybe a hoodie that is long in the back so I don't show off my ridiculous tattoo I got when I was young.

Not wanting to spend tons. Just want to be comfy in sporting wear that isn't particularly sporty. I'm a 14/16.

I like Sainsburys patch packet joggers in black. They do have cuffed ankle but my cankles are happy in them. Nice high waist too to cover up a regretful tattoo (mine is on my shoulder Grin)

I'll try and link

I'm a 16/18, and I wear Adidas joggers like these: Firebirds

They're not tight around the ankle.

I usually get my "PE kit" from M and S. Even better, from the local outlet centre. Nice length, loose around the ankle and wash well. Not trendy or branded but certainly comfortable and suit the purpose.

FredGarland · 12/12/2022 20:07

Hoodies I can't help you with! I have a couple, but they're not long enough. I would love teaching PE a lot more if I was less self-conscious about covering my bum, that's for sure!

1idea · 12/12/2022 20:07

Not at all helpful but I thought this was about joggers being brought in to teach PE!

pinkberet · 12/12/2022 20:08

@mincepiepie thank you! My main worry with exposed ankle is (yet another) shocking tattoo and also the cold! Cold ankles = cold me!

@FredGarland they look comfy.

Canterbury stadium joggers are quite smart, a lot of the private schools round here all wear their kit for PE (staff and pupils) and they’re lined so quite warm if you’re going to be outside www.canterbury.com/womens/womens-pants-joggers.list?gclid=EAIaIQobChMIpKDtzPH0-wIV5ejtCh3H9Qy4EAAYASAAEgJK2fD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds

mincepiepie · 12/12/2022 20:14

@pinkberet ah I see! Quite the opposite I feel quite tucked in and draught free!

pinkberet · 12/12/2022 20:18

@MrsT84 I've just been looking. The women look much more sporty than me 😂 I like the look of some of the trousers though.
I do feel an imposter in sports gear

Of you just want a longline hoody but not particularly a sports brand then Asda often have them and so do next.

Straight leg joggers from m and s are good too.

pinkberet · 12/12/2022 21:01

@itsgettingweird I'll have to venture into town I fear and try things on. I'm awkwardly shaped since recent weight loss, but it's good to have a signpost to where to go. Thank you!
