So tried to log in today, automatically got told my account was locked and to call them.
Apparently it's gone to "a team high up" for review.
I've asked what the problem was and got a stutter back about it might be due to lots of missed payments (which is not true as the last order I had delivered was on 1st December and payment fine...as it is every few weeks I get a delivery). I've had my account for years.
Apparently the review could take 72hrs.
What's going on? 🤔
