Evri: Anyone rose been waiting several weeks for a parcel?

I ordered with Shop Disney at the end of November. A few days later, they said that my local Evri has the parcel. Since then, nothing!

Disney's chat function is disabled today, so I can't even complain about it!

Yes. ApparentlyI have to wait until 29 December to actually complain. A truly dreadful company.

Tracked fine to the depot then got stuck 'your parcel is delayed'
8 December auto refund kicked in (Vinted)
10 December parcel randomly arrived!!!

Yes. H&M parcel. Been on their live chat twice, they say it will still be delivered. Let’s see.

No one in my local area has had a delivery for about 4 weeks it’s ridiculous.

Luckily in my area they seem ok. I have family up north and they have terrible problems with them. I hope it turns up soon.

What has happened to all their staff? Is it strikes?

Yup! Still waiting for a parcel which tracking shows as having been at their delivery depot since 25th November - no response to my repeated attempts to contact them. Diabolical company, rebranding from Hermes has not improved their quality or service. Appalling company who should not be in business, the worst of the worst!!

Our local Evri courier is amazing (city in NE). Whereas we haven't has anything from Royal Mail for weeks...

If it makes you feel better... I sell stuff (for charity) on eBay. 2 buyers in last 2 days got in touch to say items I posted via Royal Mail, 14 days ago, haven't arrived. I can get postage refunded but I'd rather the items arrived. Problem with Evri is that if item fails to be delivered, I will never get it back. Evri swallows stuff up & there's no one to complain to (even tweeting gets ignored). i have some hope Royal Mail would get undelivered items back to me.

Ebayers are all being told for months not to use Royal Mail (strikes) so Evri will have picked up a lot. They must be very overwhelmed.

Argh I seem to have had another 2 parcels disappear into Evri's black hole again. Hoping one gets here in time for a birthday next week, I need them to either turn up by then or disappear completely so I can get a refund. Thankfully this time everything is replaceable.

Shop Disney won't give me a refund until the parcel is officially "missing"!

I’m in a very similar position to you OP. ShopDisney and I ordered 2 of my daughters main Christmas presents on the 27th November. Got told they’d be here the 3rd Dec…. Then on the 4th an email from Evri saying it had been held up but out next working day and since then-nothing! I rang Disney last Friday who raised a case with Evri, heard nothing. Rang Disney again today and apparently Evri never replied to them and it has now been escalated to head office whatever the hell that means! I’m so pissed off with it all!
