My app says "delivered" but had no tracking updates from courier etc. Just spent the last hour in a very slow tenuous online chat to find out why. Apparently the app always says delivered on the day but this is not an indicator of actual delivery 
They've said they have issues and the Logistics team will call within 2 hours, or I will get an email by the end of the day.
They seem to just think it's OK if it's cancelled that I just get a refund for this week and crack on with my day, but we order a week's worth of meals to stay today.
So we are down to bread, milk and eggs.
First World problem clearly, but they ain't cheap and we use them for a reason. Frustrated. But also suppose I have to factor in the snow (though we are well up North so away from the London/Kent surprise snow)
