Currently waiting for a call back from my solicitors to discuss what to do next, but I'm just curious if anyone else has experienced anything like this. Google has only really given examples of companies refusing to settle
Agreed a settlement offer from the 3rd party insurance at the start of September after a car crash earlier this year. Was told they would pay within 5 weeks of settlement being agreed. But now 14 weeks later they've still not paid, and they are ignoring all contact from my solicitors. They have been copying me in on emails to them every few days requesting funds, but they are not responding to them at all, and they're also not answering any phone calls. They are a big well known company and are definitely still in business. Like many others I'm sure, I could really do with the money and it's getting really frustrating that it's not getting anywhere
