Recently started a new job, and I have to pass through this strange part of road that I can't work out!

I come in on the right but need to come out on the left.

You need to be in the left hand lane of the right side, stay slow and indicate left in plenty of time and pick your moment between the left hand traffic to move to the left hand lane and come off.
