Samsung phones / predictive text

I got a new phone 2 months ago and the predictive text is so much worse than my previous one! It only takes into account the first letter, so for "hou" it suggests "hours, house" instead of "you". For "xomeone" it suggests "xylene".🙄Is there snyway (skyward, skywards....) of getting it to work better?😆

Mine is the same, I forgot this issuse when i got my last Samsung then remembered when i upgraded a few weeks ago. It does eventually change tho can't remember how long it took tho.

You could turn off the predictive text. I would think most people would understand 'hou' as 'you', or xomeone as a typo for someone, whereas 'hours' or 'xylene' out of context would throw me.
