PSA: Your Lights Aren’t On

When it’s foggy, your auto lights in your modern car do not turn on. You are driving with restricted visibility and expect front only DRLs to be enough (they’re not).

Please learn how to put lights on in your car. I almost rear ended someone turning on to an A road today in <50 metre visibility fog because their Land Rover Evoque had only front DRLs on and were, naturally, not facing me. Not only is this illegal, items absolutely dangerous to road users who actually read a manual on their car and have nous.

Quite! Add to that the complete fucking morons who turn on front and rear fog lights for the slightest bit of mist and leave them on when you’re in slow moving traffic. I can see the tail lights of the car 20 cars ahead, it’s fairly safe to say I don’t need my retinas burning out from your rear fogs, TURN THEM OFF YOU FUCKING THICK CUNT!
