Any products/tips to resolve a damp wardrobe wall (fixed wardrobe)

We're in a terraced house and despite new windows, humidifier, guttering - the exterior walls are still an issue. One of my wardrobe walls is against the exterior and it's damp again...I used a humidifier two days ago and it was dry and lovely after.

So, we will do even more to resolve damp issues and get scaffolding up sometime early in 2023 to look again at guttering/roof.

In the meantime, what can I do to 'block' the moisture? Any products, tips, hacks? I'm worried my clothes are going to get ruined.

We have a wall like this in our house, I actually think getting new windows and more loft insulation made the problem worse because air doesn't circulate as well. I don't think there is anything structurally wrong just the wall is cold and gets condensation on it.

I've recently come across PIV units that I think may solve the issue, going to look into getting one in the new year.
