Should I buy a power plate? Do you have one?

I hate the gym. I have a gym set up at home and I go running. I’m pretty fit. I need to tone up however. I was thinking g of getting a power plate for home to see if it would help to tone my quads and glutes. Can anyone recommend a machine that won’t break the bank? Do you use yours if you have one? Can’ you suggest another piece of equipment?

The appearance of 'tone' comes from a foundation of muscle and a healthy level of body fat. If you want to target your quads and glutes you'd be better off with some basic weights and regularly using movements like squats, lunges, deadlifts and glute bridges in your workout. And, also watching your diet so your body fat down. It's boring but it works 👍

No I do all they already and have done for a long time that’s why I was thinking of a power plate. I’m not an exercise novice . I just wanted some advice on home power plates.
