I’m having a right mare - old school friend of mine has severe MH issues, she’s rung me and is in her flat but needs to go out. I’ve told her to leave a window open to get back in, but she’s a lot lot bigger than me (as most people are)! Told her to ring a locksmith but she doesn’t have the money and I don't either. should she call the police? She’s just been discharged out of a mental health hospital. She set light to herself a few years ago, we are only friends on FB. I haven’t seen her for over 20 years but she's been calling me since 5am via FB messenger. I obv want to help her. I don’t know what to do. I'm going out with my family in an hour. I'm assuming she was discharged to the local mental health Crusis team but I don't know. I can check on her but not until tonight.
