Is it an age thing ?

Ive got to the point where I really can’t be bothered doing my usual bathroom routine every morning, and I’m wondering if this is normal as you age 🤔
I resent having to spend my time flossing and brushing teeth, yet obviously I want healthy teeth.
I resent having to wash and dry my hair, but want to look presentable.
I don’t want to waste time putting make up on, but would scare people without.
Is it an ageing thing, or am I just getting lazier ?

In my 50s and wash my hair and brush it a bit less. That's purely because I see people less often though post-Covid because of working from home.

Self care is important at any age (I'm mid 60s). I look after my teeth to keep healthy. Wash for hygiene and moisturise daily. My hair doesn't need washing every day. I still colour my hair the colour it was naturally but will give this up at some point.

I'm 50 next birthday and feeling more and more like this. Trying to nip it in the bud and just have a few slobbby days rather than it become the norm though.
