Useless fucking company! FIVE days spent waiting for an order i paid next day delivery for and they’ve sent the wrong item! I’m so fucking pissed off! And they don’t answer their customer care line, I have a 6 mo I can’t stay on the phone for hours!

I feel your pain. I ordered a click and collect delivery to beat the Royal Mail strikes. Not only did they quote a week - a WEEK - for a click and collect, they’ve now sent me a message saying it’s been delayed.

Their online service really is appalling. If there was a decent Boots store near me I would use it in person.
