I'll be looking for a job once my pre-schoolers start school, and I want something as flexible as possible. I know that Hermes/Evri get a bad rap, but what's it actually like to work for them? I love driving around and would really enjoy doing a rural route (I live in a rural area so hopefully that's what I'd get!)
