I know their staffing levels are at crisis levels, but honestly - it's very frustrating to book an appointment, be sent emails, texts and letters, juggle my day around etc, only for it to be cancelled 3 hours beforehand.
Now I will receive communication about how important my donation is, and please can I book an appointment etc etc.
There is a massive disjoint in the message they're sending out vs the service they are able to provide.
I don't know the solution, but they must be losing many potential donors.
Selfishly, the one today fitted in with my racing (running) schedule, as I have no races until next month. Donating impacts my performance for weeks.
