Yes, a standard multivitamin from any supermarket or chemists.
cheap ones have the same amounts as expensive ones

Just check the vitamin d on the cheaper ones as sometimes there isn't enough or it's just d and you need d3. You might be better getting vitamin d3 separately (it doesn't matter if your multivitamin also contains it as it is almost impossible to have too much).
