Have I lost my pictures forever? :(

Last Friday my iPhone wasn’t working. I turned it on/off but it was just stuck on the Apple logo. Took it to get fixed after 3 days of it not turning on. I finally logged into my iCloud but my photos weren’t there.

I thought everything was backed up on iCloud.
i am so upset. My baby is just 9 months so I’ve lost all her baby photos and my sons photos. I don’t care about the phone, if only I can get their pictures. All the memories gone.

is there anyway I can get them back? anything at all?

When you go into iCloud can you choose backup and restore a recently backed up version of your data?

Have you sent photos to people on WhatsApp? If you have you can log into it and should be able to see the photos you’ve sent people and save them from there

I’ve checked I can’t find anything

Luckily I logged into the app ‘free prints’ and thank the lord I found some of babies earliest pictures on there. I didn’t print off every picture so I’ve lost some but at least I have found a few more
