I know this has been asked loads, but it's his birthday next week then I've got Christmas too and I'm really short on ideas.
He's got some clothes but will not need impressed with them add he really isn't into what he looks like.
He has vouchers for his hobby which is an outdoor sport but he needs nothing else for that.
I feel really sad that he's grown out of all toys. I don't want him thinking what a pile of rubbish he's got so any suggestions welcomed!

you could let him know the budget & get him to text a few ideas for gifts

I get my son a dressing gown, slippers and PJ’s every year, and he uses them.
Id get him an aftershave, my DS has asked for the Tattoo one in the shape of a fist, and one of those sets from Boots that has shower gel and body spray in.
Then look at socks and undies, boring but they get used. I treat mine to the expensive boxers and Nike socks.
Get him some good chocolates like the Maltese’s truffles, I’ve been assured that they are good.
if he’s shaving, some good quality blades and shaving foam/oil and moisturiser.

Maltesers truffles are lovely @KangarooKenny and I’ve got some for 15 yo ds.

My 16-year-old wants hoodies, Stranger Things stuff, squishmallows, chocolate, a Spotify voucher, funny/anime t-shirts, Rubik's Cubes, video games, Lego and Pokémon stuff. If you have a Switch then the new Pokémon game (Scarlet or Violet) is apparently very good.

He doesn't have any ideas which is why it's so tricky. His best idea was a clear pencil case for exams!!!

He's not into funky pops which is a shame as they're a good collectible thing to get into. Doesn't have a switch- uses a vr headset a lot but doesn't need anything for it. I've got some smellies and got him a good razor last year. Help!
