Beating the bloat

im going to a Christmas party tomorrow night and I’m so bloated! My period is due and I haven’t eaten brilliantly this week (the latter is completely my fault and now I regret it). I usually drink 2-3 litres of water a day so that should help, yes? Do you have any fail-safe tips to help me feel less sluggish in 24 hours’ time? Thanks.

Exercise (walking/running).

Water, as you know.

Windeze. they work if you’re gassy rather than retaining fluid.

Very low carb eating or fasting.

Dont forget though that menstrual bloating is normal and nobody will notice anyway.
