Derren brown - showman

I'm going to see derren brown at the weekend in London. It's the matinee on Saturday, start time 2.30pm. Just wondering if anyone has been and what would be the best time to arrive at the theatre?

I remember I arrived thinking I'd got there in plenty of time and would be able to get a drink before the show started but when we got there the queue to the bar was already quite long and a staff member came and told us that from where we were in the line we wouldn't have enough time.

As soon as the show starts they close the doors and no one is allowed in.

I'd advise getting there for about 1:45 to 2 but if you're the type who likes to go to the loo, get drinks and have time to settle in before a show then it doesn't help to allow that extra time.

I won't give spoilers but I absolutely loved the show and I hope you have fun.

No advice about arrival/leaving times, but have seen Derren Brown in stage before and he was fab!
