I know I’m not the only one in the uk having snags with Evri this Christmas but OMG so frustrating…

How do you actually speak to someone?!! I’ve just spent 25 minutes trying to get the automated person to understand my tracking number to be told at the end of it…your parcel has been delayed…

No fucking shit!!!!

Tracking information hasn’t changed since Monday morning and still showing as “delayed”

Have you tried the retailer you ordered from? I'm waiting on a Dunelm parcel for a new kettle so I'm a bit fed up of having to make hot drinks in the microwave 😂 was supposed to arrive last Saturday.

Try the retailer. I have today received two parcels ordered and dispatched at the beginning of November. Bit embarrassing, as I've complained and been refunded and now they've turned up. But yes, the retailer should refund or resend after a certain amount of time. Or you could wait five weeks and you might yet get lucky 😅

I've called M&S about my delayed parcel. My previous experience with Evri is that if it's stuck in the system it never arrives. I've got a full refund plus an additional £5 compensation.

If you're in North Kent , the local newspaper is reporting that sackfuls of parcels have been dumped by Evri in some woodland.
Evri have apologised but if one of your parcels is there , it's no help.

my parcel has been with Evri since 30/11 & not updated since they received it. I contacted the retailer who sent it & they refuse to refund as apparently it might still arrive. It’s so frustrating.
