Christmas gifts under £10 for 8yr old girl?

I am completely out of the loop as to what girls that age might be interested in. The gift is for my friend's daughter- I can't really spend more than a tenner so I don't really know where I can start. Does anyone have any ideas as to what I could get, that an 8 yr old could like, for under a tenner?
I bought them craft stuff last year which they liked but not sure what to do this year.

Kids nail art kit, stationery (especially Smiggle), DIY slime/bath bombs/lip balm, top model colouring/sticker books.

An oodie (they should have one for that price in Primark I think) or a Claire's accessories voucher if my 9 year old's friends are anything to go by (nothing tasteful anyway it seems!)

Mine would love a soft toy. I always buy mine from charity shops. You can find loads that look brand new.
