I've just been reading on another thread that there is a Crowded House tribute band called.... Empty Flat!

There is a bagpipe rock group in Scotland... The Red Hot Chilli Pipers!

They have the tagline: Music for the kilted generation!

Oh these are brilliant - do you think they had the name figured out first and then formed a band! "I've had this genius band name idea lads, now we all have to really get into the Red Hot Chilli Peppers music to make it work..."

Do it, they're brilliant live - blue grass covers of loads of random songs (e.g. Omen by the Prodigy or I don't feel like dancing - Scissor Sisters) along with their own songs. Very talented musicians and all round nice guys to boot.
