Found this really interesting - there’s a widget on the link to estimate a child’s bio age as opposed to chronological age, and their predicted adult height. My eldest (13 year old boy) is a good year behind which doesn’t surprise me, meanwhile his little sister’s bio and chronological ages match, so they look like twins right now.
Lots of implications for all sorts of sports (and I wish my DS was a year below at school for a number of reasons). Think it’s quite common to ‘bio band’ in youth football now?
