Lower belly pain & spasms for 4 days

Is it possible to have a gastro bug that is painful without any vomiting or diarrhea? I suddenly started with a lot of intestinal spasms and crampy pain 4 days ago. Defo not pregnant, though it was constipation pains but going to the loo regularly. It's very low down, under my knicker line. Has passed my mind could be a uti but again no symptoms, 99% sure it's intestinal. I can only assume it's a bug, it's a continuous dull ache and ands makes me feel nauseous too. Muscles ache a bit too, Covid test is negative.

I've had it too - and intense pain just before passing wind (Sorry tmi). It lasted a couple of days with bad pain then over the next week or so I had the odd spasm. No d&v too. Negative Covid test too. Hope you get better soon.

Thanks I can't wait for it to go. I have also noticed if I pass wind it feels much better but the relief only lasts a few minutes
