I know the school has girls with dyslexia, but interestef if there are any parents on here. I'd love to know your journey of getting the girls into such a top school.

I'm just replying to bump this for you but it probably depends massively on how much their dyslexia effects their processing speeds. It's a huge spectrum with dyslexia. From slight difficulty in tracking and spelling all the way to speech being impacted.
Saying that, most of these schools depend on speed and accuracy. Two things that are often impacted the most with dyslexia and SpLd. I'd also question whether I'd want a child who has difficulty with processing speed in a school like this. They really move through topics fast. Girls selective schools can be brutal, esp if you're not keeping up. They are not going to have many girls on the SEN register so their funding for additional support will be very limited. They also don't have much pupil premium to play with as it's historically quite a wealthy intake.
They do have to give you access arrangements if that's something you're eligible for.
