What's the minimum activity needed to keep your Ebay account active?

I've actually moved most of my stuff over to Vinted now, but I've left a few things up on Ebay that've been sitting there for ages, unlikely to sell. I'd like to keep my Ebay account active in case I find something else to sell that isn't allowed on Vinted.

I've heard people say that if you don't sell anything on Ebay for ages, apparently the next time you return to selling you have to wait three weeks to receive the money? I'd like to avoid this situation, so can anyone tell me the minimum amount of activity needed to avoid this? Is it enough to just keep a couple of listings up that have been there for ages, or do you actively have to list something new, and if so, how often?

AFAIK if you buy something regularly - say once a month - that counts towards keeping your account active. So if you are struggling to sell it might be easier to find something cheap that you need.

Thanks. I bought something a few weeks ago as it happens, so that's a good start.
