Can anyone recommend a good air purifier for overnight use?

Toddler has cough variant asthma and is suffering with a cough that he can’t shift after having a nasty virus. He has inhalers and montelukast which we’re managing the cough until he got poorly, and an air purifier has been recommended as our house also gets dusty despite my efforts (I wipe down the walls, hoover mattress etc etc but it’s one of those houses).

there are so many I just wondered if anyone
could recommend one that’s good for dust and quiet for overnight use?

I just bought this one in Black Friday sale. it seems good so far, as three light modes- full light, 50% dimmer and then light off and runs for a set amount of time and turns off. Son has a dust allergy, I think it's making a difference. It only comes with a usb cable but we have an extension lead with usb so not a problem.
