Anyone work in M&S in Cambridge or the Metro Centre?

I am desperately trying to get a jacket and it’s just gone out of stock everywhere near where I live. Does anyone know whether I could ring the stores in the morning and buy over the phone, at all?

You can ring the store and reserve it then collect it by whatever date they can reserve it for. I’ve done this before and it’s a service they do provide
