Bleeding after covid vaccine

I had my covid vaccine on the 24th November, the day after I started unexpectedly bleeding (I’m on the patch) I’ve been bleeding since then so this Thursday will be 2 weeks I’ve been bleeding. I’m thinking it’s maybe the vaccine that’s messing up my period? Has anyone else had this?

It’s very common. My SIL has entered the menopause at 30 which she believes is due to the vaccine. She had both doses and then 2 weeks later heavy menstrual flow, hot flashes, anxiety etc went to the doctor had tests and he says she’s almost at the end. She only had a baby 2 years ago and no previous issues got pregnant very easily with him.

My periods just stopped after having my first vaccine.
