Tablet reminder app

Want to start using a tablet reminder app on my phone, really bad at remembering.
What do people use?

Ha. I tried that too. I just ended up wondering if I took and forgot to update app or didnt take 🤦🏻‍♀️

Mines are not that critical (HBP, omezprpole), I think I would need to go to mon-sun pill boxes if they were!

You can set an alarm on your phone to repeat at the same time every day.

Just set as many alarms as you like on your phone, you can even name them so you take the correct tablets.

I use medhelper. The trick is not to get rid of the notification until you have literally just taken your tablet. No harm in using dosette boxes to ensure you don't take too many. Whatever helps.

i usually use the reminder app on the mod apk store.it helps me everytime i forget.

I keep it simple. On Sundays I sort my pills/supplements for the week into a Sun-Sat box and I keep it in the bathroom where I see it first thing in the morning, and I take them then. The box sits next to my toothbrush, so I also remember to take the one at night.
