7 year old was ill last week but over the weekend her temp finally came down. Saturday and Sunday she spent all day sleeping and today she has just brought her duvet down and is lying on the couch just either sleeping or lying quietly.

she doesnt have a temp now but shes just not acting herself at all. Is this normal should i be worried about her or just let her sleep?

Didn't want to read and run. I would be concerned by this and get a doctors appointment to talk through at least. Some fatigue would be expected but I think sleeping all day is unusual. What sort of virus was it?

I wouldn't be too concerned
If they had flu (which is definitely going round atm) then they usually get over it in a week but the tiredness can take longer to recover from and can last longer.

"You should begin to feel much better within a week or so, although you may feel tired for much longer."
