Hi everyone
I've been laid off so am looking for something new. (This isn't a give me a job post btw) I've got the luxury of a couple of months grace before I need to start searching. I've worked within the recruitment team for a few years now but not actually as a recruiter. I've done the full recruitment process though to help the team out, used all the platforms, really confident with ATS systems, screens, interviews etc etc.
I love recruiting and do now want to be a recruiter myself - thing is I don't have any formal training or qualifications, no CIPD etc just basically on the job training.
If you were me and had a month at home to retrain what would you advise me to do in that month?
Any recruitment agencies you can think of that I should contact? I am with a couple already - Hays being one of them.
