If i pause them, can i still claim later on? I have a big buildup.

Are they computershare? It does say in there website. When I built up surplus I just took mine down to £10 a month so keep them going.

I’d take them down to minimal not stop as the schemes are closed to new entrants and you don’t want to get caught out.
