Just wondered if anybody's ever been to one?

I'm going to one tomorrow and am so excited!! But also not sure what I'm actually
looking for... BlushGrin

Are the prices really as cheap as they say they are?!

I’ve been to two. Go with all the sizes/measurements you need. Take a tape measure! Stuff is usually on tables/benches in approximate sizes, but gets muddled quite quickly.
There is a limited range of household goods, I came home with a new bed for our dog the first time.
Hold onto stuff you think you might want, sort it out at the end before the checkout.
Yes, the prices are good but the total will usually be more than you expect!!😃Good luck!!

Ohh thank you! Sounds good! I'm looking forward to it! 🤩🤩

I went to the Norwich one today. The tables are divided up by size generally. The only ladies section I found not divided by size was nightwear, which you had to sort through. They had accessories but I didn't see any homewear this time.
I pick up anything in interested in and then sorry through it all just before the checkout to make my final decision. If you need to return anything for a refund you can return it to a Joules store.

That's the one I'm going to! How exciting!

Was it very busy? And was there much there...? What were the prices like? Sorry for all the excitable questions 😂🤞🏼

It was 60% off everything. There was a lot there, but they don't have every item in every size. It's a case of having a good rummage through.

It was fairly busy, lots of people but it's in a very large space.

I go every year to one locally. Don't go with anything particular in mind as you may be disappointed.
This year (October) was mainly jumpers and coats with a fair few summer dresses for good measure. Always loads of wellies and lots of children's wear. Limited amounts of home stuff. Everything is all laid out on tables by size.
Agree with putting what you fancy in your basket then having a sort through before you go to the checkout.
The one I go to is ticketed, so a very pleasant experience and not busy, it used to be a bit of a bun fight before they introduced timed slots using tickets.
I usually save about 60% on normal prices and have had some brilliant buys over the years.
Have a great time !

Have the joules shops closed down now?

OrigamiOwls · 03/12/2022 10:58
