Sorry this sounds like a very dumb question as of course judging by the name of it 300mg is much bigger than 75mg ones!! Reason for asking is that I should be taking the very low dose 75mg ones while pregnant but I suddenly found a bunch of 300mg ones in same drawer as well so really panicked - I was very sure I had been taking the very tiny ones and the 300mg ones I have are much bigger. so hopefully had not been overdose without knowing??

300 ste large and round, 75 small and round afaik. Are you dissolving them in water. Contact your dr if youre worried and put the 300mg somewhere else, are there any taken out the packet.

Thank you! I threw all the 300mg away immediately to avoid confusion in future...They were all in packaging I know the back clearly states the dosage so its very very unlikely I was that blind to take the wrong one for months. I am very sure I have been taking the tiny ones as I felt the 300mg ones look insanely huge to me.

Dont take 300mg, I showed up as anemic after doing this and it was only when I mentioned what I'd done that it came to light why. 300mgs are to chew on for someone having a heart attack.
