What to eat for my birthday dinner?

I used to have a favourite meal, I think it was roast chicken dinner, but since I had an anxiety issue a few years ago which really affected my eating and drinking, I've not really had an appetite for food.

We normally order in a Chinese meal but I really don't want to have that again this year. So what would you want to eat for your birthday dinner? I'm not having a cake, just going to make some scones and get some clotted cream and naice jam to have with them as well as some fizz.

Savoury afternoon tea ton
go with your scones. Nice cheese, crackers and chutney. Decent port/ sherry?

I would love to order an Indian takeaway but one of my dds is allergic to dairy so we have to be very careful with what we order. She has had a reaction to the batter on sweet and sour pork balls even when the place said they only used coconut milk in their dishes.
