i am a bit disappointed that my DS is no longer a believer in Santa but this is definitely an upside, no requirement to remember to deal with the damn elf.

I hear you. We have one believer and one who knows the truth who is gallantly going along with it all this year for the sake of the younger.

Never bothered with this and dreading dc realising everyone else has one. Im just too ragged dealing with everything else!

@Fourfurryfeet stay strong, don’t get dragged into it. We never did anything extravagant but even just moving the thing every night was painful. I have seen a photo on Facebook today with the elf “arriving” in a personalised balloon with a selection box
