Does anyone know what the email address is for Amazon customer services?
I can't seem to find one on Amazon!

You message them through Amazon itself or open a case against a product

Oh right like live chat? I'll have to have a look. Didn't realise they had one. Thank you

They’re usually very good on the chat, though.

No longer works, realise this is a Zombie thread. Almost impossible to contact customer service now that you can no longer e mail. My only option is a phone call.
I've had a long running issue with Music Unlimited, a 3 months free promotion. Site crashed, no payment or trial. Tried again a few days later and not treated as a new customer in spite of no trial or payment so initially charged the £10.99, mostly wanted it for echo dot. They then inexplicably upgraded me to a family plan at £16.99.
Took several e mails to sort this out. Odd arrangement where I would be refunded cost of third month if I contacted them, if I forwarded e mail. Was refunded first two straight away.
They now have put me back on a family plan at 17.99 which I won't be paying. No way to forward mail or get the third 10.99 refunded. Only option is to cancel Amazon Music subscription.
Site isn't great either plus will have lost the cost and some of the use of an echo dot ironically.
Just a cautionary tale.
