Can you settle a disagreement ..

When recycling tins/plastics, do you remove the paper labels off the items?

Yes.

I also remove the lids from bottles.

No, we have 5 different recycling bags and boxes to fill and put out weekly, i'm not taking paper off cans, and never been asked to anyway.

My bin takes paper, plastic and tins together, so no I don’t remove labels.
