Ive just converted to Lidl and I’m getting a bit hooked ! I’ve been buying all our basics but I’m wondering what the best “ must haves “ are ? I’ve had a quick read through other similar threads but thought I’d start a new up to date one .

Currently my top “ must have “ is the Creamy Greek yoghurt … it’s really nice . Also like the pain au chocolat ( a little bit to much!! )

any recommendations gratefully received 😊

The chocolate brownies out of the bakery part are the nicest I've had. Most of the bakery items are good.

I’m having to be very careful with the bakery stuff… it all looks so good!!!

I think they must put crack in them as I've never tasted anything like it! I only tried them for the first time last year and I must have eaten thousands since thenBlush

Their fresh pesto. And their fresh pretzels. Their slices of ham are better than supermarkets. Their howdy dowdy crisps like hunky dory's. Will think of more

I like the luxury range, steak and ale pie, garlic flatbreads, ice cream, luxury collection handwash, washing machine liquid and cat food (for cat not me) sorry just seen a thread about people eating pet food!
The bakery being open, puts me off, seen too many people handling things and putting it back. The French sticks are covered and are really nice.

Howdy dowdy crisps? Never seen these .

I’ve not even really started the freezer stuff as my freezer is quite full so I’ll start exploring that

I like the look of the filled pastas … might give those a go

I love their Low Sugar Granola because it doesn't spike my blood sugars. I can have a proper breakfast again 😋
