My internet is broken at home! Any ideas on how I can get temporary internet access for a week (not phone)

My internet is down for a week, I need it desperately for some important things coming up.

my phone is with o2 and it’s so slow, I checked online and reported slow issues but I’m just told that it’s the area I live in.

any ideas please welcomed

I have used BT Wifi before for a short term fix, depends on availability with neighbours though

Do you not have a BT hotspot you can connect to? Look at the networks that come up.

Local library will have free wifi and tables to sit at with a laptop

Is there anywhere that you get rent a hot desk for a week at a shared work space. Otherwise you could buy an internet dongle and pay as you go sim card and use that (make sure you know what is a good network in your area).

Luredbyapomegranate · 01/12/2022 12:22

… or get a pay as you go dongle, but check it works in your area.

It sounds like you might need to try a different provider

Why is it down?
Mine's with BT and down at the moment, I asked and they sent out a mifi to use until it's fixed.

Mine did this and I borrowed my neighbours with permission
