Home Alone 1 & 2
Elf
Muppets Christmas Carol

The Bishops Wife (The original one with Cary Grant and Claudette Colbert, NOT the Whitney Houston/ Denzel Washington remake)
It's my Christmas Eve afternoon must watch!

I have a feeling it's Bourne Identity

CuriousMama · 01/12/2022 19:51

Thanks for reminding me of Bad Mom's Christmas. Susan Sarandon stoned thinking it's Easter 😂

Definitely Muppets Christmas Carol - a firm favourite in our house

Have you seen the new Ryan Reynolds and Will Ferrell one, Spirited?
Saw it the other night and it's really good.

Good to know, it's our Xmas eve film 😊 Really want to go and see violent night as well!

My traditional yearly films are die hard 1&2 and home alone 1&2. I do watch others, but I watch those every year without fail.

If you can find it, Christmas in the Smokies. Classic Hallmark cheese!

My all time favourite is Muppets Christmas Carol. So much so that I am going to see it at the cinema, by myself, on Christmas Eve!

Regarding the cinema, I would so do that. We had it on TV the other day in the living room, I was glued to it. DH and DCs had all left to do something else. I hadn't realised. DH joked later on that I have the mental age of a 6 year old. I took it as a compliment of course 😎

All the Hallmark cheese: the Dolly Parton ones, castle ones, princess ones etc. I love the predictability and lack of jeopardy!

Home Alone 1& 2. Possibly 2 more than 1.
Deck the Halls.
National Lampoons.
The Star (animated children’s film which is just so lovely!).

Bad Santa.
