Awful sleep routine

Has anyone managed to snap out of this? For the last 3 months or so I tend to sleep really early and wake up early. Eg 6:30pm asleep, up at 3/4am then stay up. Work between 9-5. Sometimes I just nap after work, so I’ll wake up now then end up doing an all nighter and crash as soon as I finish work.

I do have a social life and can make an effort on those days temporarily but then I’ll snap back

I'm the opposite and a complete night owl. My perfect bedtime is 3-4am but then that wastes the next day. I'm permanently tired especially since I work shifts and trying to get into a "normal" routine never works.

I'm up at 5am this morning for work and been trying to sleep since 2230 but failing miserably and now I'm too hot and fidgety.
No answers sadly, just some solidarity

Awww, have you ever considered sleeping tablets? I think I’ve reached that stage! Hope you manage to get some sleep and have a good shift @fatsinglereadytomingle
