Has anyone managed to snap out of this? For the last 3 months or so I tend to sleep really early and wake up early. Eg 6:30pm asleep, up at 3/4am then stay up. Work between 9-5. Sometimes I just nap after work, so I’ll wake up now then end up doing an all nighter and crash as soon as I finish work.
I do have a social life and can make an effort on those days temporarily but then I’ll snap back
