Ive had to buy a new mobile phone. My old one was 6 years old. Its really an emergency only phone. Well I bought a fairly basic(I thought) pay
as you go and the hoops Ive had to go through to set it up. Spent ages looking at on line manual, been to a friends to get help[ and I still dont know what half the things on there mean ! I came away thinking Ill just chuck it in the bin and do without. It seems to do everything bar make the tea. Im non the wiser now.

I'd go back to the phone shop and ask for support, or a simpler model.

Unfortunately I bought it from Argos ! Didnt realise it would be so hard to use

Oh no! What network are you on? I wonder if they might be able to help? I know o2 offer support, for example. Local libraries sometimes offer tech support too.

Can you go on YouTube and see if there's any tutorial videos? I did that when I went from an iPhone to an android phone.

Pop into an EE shop if you can. They are usually very helpful.
